Cheese Making Diploma

18 Month cheese making course - 12 months of online academy and 6 months practical/work project to qualify. Can be followed by specialisation on specific cheese types in additional courses, based on students' needs and work environment. The course is aimed at the secondary industry and will only provide enough info on the primary dairy industry of milking/dairying to help the cheese maker make informed decisions on milk supply and to help him solve related problems, together with his milk supplier.
